We’re happy to accommodate international orders and can ship products almost anywhere in the world—just keep in mind it’s often more cost‑effective to source equivalent equipment locally. Accordingly, we do not ship to Europe or the USA.

Pricing & GST

  • No GST on export: We do not charge GST on international orders, provided we receive valid proof of export.

  • Freight to forwarder: The delivery charge for shipping your equipment to the nominated freight forwarder’s New Zealand or Australian address includes GST and cannot be waived.

Our International Dispatch Process

  1. Direct Contact Details

    • Provide your full name, delivery address, phone number and email.

    • Orders placed via eBay or other marketplaces cannot be processed.

  2. Freight Forwarder Information

    • Nominate a local forwarding agent who handles your international freight.

    • Supply their company name, contact person and Australian facility address.

  3. Shipment to Forwarder

    • We pack and dispatch your order to your forwarder’s NZ or Australian warehouse.

  4. Export Documentation

    • Your forwarder returns an export certificate to us, confirming the goods have left NZ or Australia.

  5. Final Delivery

    • The forwarder arranges international shipping and delivers directly to you.

  6. Warranty Notice

    • Manufacturer warranties are only valid within New Zealand. We will explain this verbally before proceeding.
